CORPORATE TRAINER (Coconut Creek, FL.)

The Corporate EMAIL/ DIGITAL SALES TRAINER is responsible for developing, implementing and training our account executives and support teams to uphold our brand standards, and sell our products to maximize sales profit for the Company.

WHAT YOU DO

  • Develop and execute email / digital marketing training programs specific to email market and sales needs. Training content to be developed in multiple formats including:
    • Go To Meeting Video Conferencing (Web Ex),
    • PowerPoint,
    • Videos,
    • Worksheets, and other digital formats.
    • Training modules to be used in our learning management system, which allows users to access content 24/7.
  • Develop content and execute regularly scheduled webinar events on various topics all in relation to email marketing
  • Execute face-to-face training events for a variety of groups
  • Report on the latest trends keeping a pulse on our competition both from a product and program standpoint
  • Elevate our Company brand
  • Travel

WHAT YOU NEED / WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of combined experience in sales, sales training and email marketing/ digital marketing
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in content training
  • Must be able to effectively train large groups of people
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Expert user of training applications and MS office
  • Use and knowledge of Social Media platforms for business purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, is preferred.
  • Must be available to travel
