SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

WHAT YOU DO

  • Effectively providing demonstrations and walk-throughs for all company systems & platforms to potential clients & prospects.
  • The on-boarding of new clients & accounts
  • Providing on-going training & support to clients & accounts on an as needed basis
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of assigned clients & accounts

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Experience in MS Office suite (Word, PPT and Excel)
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver
  • Independent multitasker – you will be the main liaison between client and team, you should be able to juggle between multiple requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Quick learner – self-motivated
  • Clear verbal and written communication

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in account management; marketing, advertising or digital marketing preferred, but not required
  • An accredited Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
