To be considered for this position, candidates should have a background or degree in marketing, communications or business. Experience with Google AdWords or Google AdWords certification is a plus. This is an entry-level position

What you’re responsible for:

  • Manage day to day communication and workflow with existing clients via telephone and email
  • Work directly with Business Development Manager to maximize revenue on existing clients
  • Provide support to existing clients to ensure their goals are being met
  • Keep management informed of findings by submitting activity and results reports
  • Learn and understand marketing principles to identify client needs
  • Keep clients informed by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Learn and understand marketing principles to identify client needs
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations

What Our Hours of Operation Are…

  • Mon-Thurs: 9:00am - 6:00pm, Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm
