Job Summary

An Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding and managing accounts. They will be responsible for training new clients on our systems and processes. They will work closely with others on the team, interpersonal communication skills are important. They will be responsible for analyzing campaign results. We believe in continuous improvement so candidates who adapt well to change will receive first consideration.

Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Onboarding new clients including but not limited to processing Master Service. Agreements and credit applications.
  • Handling day to day correspondence (via phone or email) with onboarded clients.
  • Training clients on how to place their orders in our systems.
  • Assisting clients with questions or concerns regarding order placement.
  • Handling any creative requests specific to our clients’ needs.
  • Assisting with any questions related to our proprietary systems.
  • Handling invoicing and payments issues or concerns.

Education and / or Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required, accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree general business or other related field preferred
