Job Summary:


A Client Services Manager is a customer-oriented individual who is passionate about relationship development and problem resolution. Our ideal candidate is eager to streamline communication between us and our clients and eliminate any roadblocks while maintaining complete customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides a high energy, positive, and enthusiastic customer service experience to all internal and external customers.
  • Communicates with customers, primarily by telephone and email, to help setup new accounts, train customers to place orders in our systems, expedite orders and explain our products.
  • Resolves product or service problems in a timely manner by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment.
  • Possesses thorough knowledge of our proprietary products, processes, and policies to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Responsible for a multitude of administrative duties, such as keeping detailed client accounts that include contact information, order preferences, history, and other pertinent details.
  • Assist with billing issues, payment issues and accounting concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • High School diploma or greater
  • Account Management experience preferred
